When adding contacts, a Contact Profile is automatically created and provides the following components:
- ABOUT. Here you can find contact information (name, phone, address, etc.), basic analytics and custom fields associated with this contact.
- ACTIVITY. The Activity Feed displays the Contacts's activity within your database and allows Admins to view and record interaction tags
- FORMS. The Forms Tab allows the Contact to view, search and edit all forms assigned to them. An Admin can also complete a form on behalf of the Contact.
- INVOICES & PAYMENTS. The Invoices & Payments Tab allows the Contact to view, search and edit all payments assigned to them. An Admin can also record a payment on behalf of the Contact.
